  • Various Balzer coatings include: Nano Futura, TiN, TICN, Latunm and many others.
  • Normal turn around on non-coated tools is 1 to 1 1/2 weeks.
  • Coated tools 2 to 2 1/2 weeks.
  • Can send help for problems on site.

At Gainey Sharpening Inc., we pride ourselves in being able to help  customers with emergencies by turning non-coated tools the same day and  coated tools in as little as 4 days. We can also send tooling to the coater of your choice.

We also offer the Gainey Sharpened Point (GSP) - an in-house  developed, field tested, high-performance alternative to standard OEM  points.

  • FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE WE OFFER 1 DAY TURNAROUND ON NON COATED TOOLS AND 3 DAY TURNAROUND ON COATED.

We apply Gainey precision edge prep to our reground and new tools. We  also provide edge prep services for your tools as well as precision  ground K-lands.
